Cancellation & Refund Policy

A deposit of 50% of the total booking cost is payable upon booking by either Mastercard, Visa or Direct Deposit. The balance is payable upon arrival.

A valid credit card or cash security deposit may be required upon check in to guarantee payment of any incidental damage. Photographic identification may be required on check-in.

For bookings cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded less an administration fee of $50. If the booking is cancelled 14 days or less before the arrival date, the deposit will be forfeited.

All apartments are fully self-contained and self catering. Stays over 10 nights will receive a mid stay service clean and linen change. Stays of 14 nights or more will recive a weekly service clean and linen change.

All linen is included in the tariff, excluding pool towels which are available to hire for a small fee. A basic convenience kit is supplied for your first night. Additional products are available at reception for a small fee.

There is no refund for early departure.

Whilst we will try our hardest, specific apartments or requests cannot be guaranteed. All units have lift access and secure underground car parking for at least 1 vehicle.
