Cancellation & Refund Policy

No deposit is required at point of booking however credit card details are taken and the total is payable upon arrival.

A valid credit card or cash security deposit may be required upon check in to guarantee payment of any incidental damage. Photographic identification may be required on check-in.

Should you need to cancel your booking, we require your booking be canceled more than 3 days prior to arrival.

All apartments are fully self-contained and self catering. Stays over 10 nights will receive a mid stay service clean and linen change. Stays of 14 nights or more will recive a weekly service clean and linen change.

All linen is included in the tariff, excluding pool towels which are available to hire for a small fee. A basic convenience kit is supplied for your first night. Additional products are available at reception for a small fee.

There is no refund for early departure.

Whilst we will try our hardest, specific apartments or requests cannot be guaranteed. All units have lift access and secure underground car parking for at least 1 vehicle.
