Cancellation & Refund Policy

No deposit is required at the point of booking however credit card details are taken and the total is payable upon arrival.

A valid credit card or cash security deposit may be required upon check in to guarantee payment of any incidental damage. Photographic identification may be required on check-in.

Should you need to cancel your booking, we require your booking to be cancelled more than 3 days (72 hours) prior to arrival. But if the guest cancels within 72 hours and it is not related to government restrictions due to covid19 we take payment for the first night.

All apartments are fully self-contained and self-catering. Stays over 10 nights will receive a mid-stay service clean and linen change. Stays of 14 nights or more will receive a weekly service clean and linen change.

All linen is included in the tariff, excluding pool towels which are available to hire for a small fee. A basic convenience kit is supplied for your first night. Additional products are available at reception for a small fee.

There is no refund for early departure.

Whilst we will try our hardest, specific apartments or requests cannot be guaranteed. All units have lift access and secure underground car parking for at least 1 vehicle.
