BOOKING & CHECK-IN

Information about bookings, payments and check-in.

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is 2.00pm and Check-out is 10.00am. Late check-in’s are available by contacting reception on 07 5471 7799 to obtain the key safe code and instructions.

Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

Yes, we require a valid cedit card on check-in to cover incidental costs or damages or in lieu of a credit card a refundable $200 cash deposit is required (refundable after apartment is inspected for damages)

Q: Is after hours check-in available?

Yes, Late check-in’s are available by contacting reception on 07 5471 7799 to obtain the key safe code and instructions.

Q: Can I have a late check-out?

Yes, where possible we will try to accommodate a late check out. Please contact reception to discuss each booking individually

Q: What are the reception hours?

Our reception office hours are as follows:
Monday to Saturday – 9:00am to 4:00pm
Sundays & Public Holidays -10.00am – 12.00pm 
If arriving outside of office hours please contact reception to arrange a late check in.

Q: Can I book theme park tickets at reception?

Yes, Theme park tickets and tours can all be booked through reception.

SERVICES & FACILITIES FAQ’s

Q: Is there Internet or WiFi access available?

Yes, please enjoy Free UNLIMITED WiFi at Seachange Coolum Beach. Stay connected with friends and family while enjoying your holiday with us.

Q: What facilities do you have?

Lap Pool, beach entry childs pool, heated plunge pool with spa. Vending machine for drinks & snacks.

Q: Is there car parking available?

Yes, secure undercover parking is available free of charge.

Q: Is all linen provided?

Yes, all linen is provided.

Q: How often are the apartments serviced?

The apartments are only serviced for stays of 10 nights or longer and are serviced every 5 – 7 nights.

Q: Is the pool heated?

Yes, the main pool is heated from 1st April to the 30th September each year. The plunge pool with spa is heated all year round.

Q: Are Pool Towels provided?

No. Pool Towels can be hired from reception for $2.50 per stay per person.

Q: Do the apartments have ocean views?

Yes, our apartments with private rooftop areas have ocean views.

Q: Are the apartments air-conditioned?

Yes, most apartments have reverse cycle air-conditioning in the living area and the master bedroom. Some apartments have ceiling fans as well.

Q: Are there lifts to all floors?

Yes, there are lifts and stairs to all floors.

Q: Are there shops or restaurants nearby?

Yes, there is a Coles supermarket within 5 minutes walk. There a many shops, restaurants and eateries all within 5 to 10 minutes easy walking of Seachange.

Q: Is there public transport nearby?

Yes, there is a bus stop within 5 minutes walk from Seachange.

Q: How far away is the beach?

The beach is an easy 5 minute walk across the road from Seachange.

Q: Where can I buy groceries locally?

There is a Coles Supermarket within 5 minutes walk of Seachange
