Providing a great venue for this exciting and fun swim challenge, the Sunshine Coast will gather professional swimmers and athletes and amateur swimmers for this yet another spectacular swim race in Australia.
Be there on 8 March at Ormonde Terrace, Lions Park in Caloundra and catch all the excitement and entertainment happening throughout the event. It doesn’t matter whether you're a pro swimmer or you’re just simply looking for some weekend activities—you can definitely make yourself a part of this much-awaited swim series in the region.
The Kings of the Coast Ocean Swim will bring together all the finest swimmers in the region and from all over Australia, who will all outswim each other and vie for some exciting prizes. Series Ambassador Michael Klim himself will join everyone on the start line for the third event in Milk and Co Queensland Ocean Swim Series.
The Kings of the Coast Ocean Swim serves a good chance for you to win one of four open water distances such as the 3.8km, 2km, 1km or a free 300m Kids Dash.
If you think you’re all geared up and ready for a tougher battle, the ultimate open water challenge is the one that you should take on. It requires competitors to finish a 3.8-kilometre ironman distance swim at one of the most fascinating open water arenas, Kings Beach.
Meanwhile, the Caloundra 1,000 Short Course provides a perfect start for ocean swimmers whoh have less experience. This race also remembers the popular point-to-point format on Kings Beach.
The Kings of the Ocean Swim also welcomes young swimmers, with free 300 metre Kids Surf Dash, giving them a great opportunity to swim in the open water.
