The sun shines almost all year round on the Sunshine Coast. So if you’re travelling with your kids to the area, make the sun shine brighter for them by bringing them to some of the best attractions in the area. Here are a few ideas to help you.

•    Sea Life Mooloolaba (The Wharf, Mooloolaba)
Sea Life Mooloolaba will take you and your kids to an amazing journey from the shoreline to the deepest parts of the ocean. Be on an escapade with the attraction’s 16 themed zones and get mesmerised with the sea bed while in an 80-metre ocean tunnel. Meet up to 10,000 marine species including Australia’s biggest collection of jellyfish. Sea Life Mooloolaba is open daily from 9am to 5pm, except on a Christmas day. Ticket prices are $38 for adults and $23 for kids.

•    Big Boing Indoor Trampoline Parks (Innovative Parkway, Birtinya)
Let your kids feel like kids as they jump, laugh, and get excited and energetic while playing on the 70 interconnecting trampolines of Big Boing Indoor Trampoline Parks. The park also has a basketball, a dodgeball, and a giant airbag, to give your kids one ecstatic and memorable day. Big Boing Indoor Trampoline Parks operates everyday starting 9am.

•    Aqua Fun Park (David Low Way, Bili Bili)
Although just a new water park, Aqua Fun Park has the same old water park values such as outdoor play, creativity, fun challenges, and social interaction. Watch your kids have fun the way you do it in your days. See them as they do physical challenges like jumping, climbing, swimming, and running. Aqua Fun Park is open from Fridays to Sundays, on school holidays, and public holidays from 10am to 5pm. Tickets are available for $15 per 50 minutes.
