Cancellation Policy
Low & Mid Season - In the event of cancellation, the deposit is refunded less a $50.00 administration fee. Any cancellations within 7 days of arrival then the total deposit is forfeited.
Easter Cancellation Policy - In the event of cancellation, the deposit is refunded less a $50.00 administration fee. Within 14 days of arrival the total deposit is forfeited.

Christmas Cancellation Policy: (bookings between 20 December and 15 January) In the event of cancellation a $100 re-letting/administration fee will be charged. If cancellation is NOT advised by the 1st of December, or in the case of a no-show, your full payment is forfeited unless and until the apartment is re-let for the total period of the original booking. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

No Shows - full deposit is forfeited.
Shortened Stay - Guests who reduce length of stay once in house will not receive a refund on nights booked & paid.
