Our Sunshine Coast Coolum Beach Accommodation is nestled amidst a tranquil and idyllic seaside Coolum village. We offer luxurious apartments that are self-catering, stylish and spacious.

The following are basic things you need to know when you’re checked in our Sunshine Coast Coolum Beach Accommodation.
Check-in and check-out time
Regular check-in time in our Sunshine Coast Coolum Beach Accommodation is 2:00pm while check-out time is 10:00am. Late check-ins are available by contacting reception. We will provide you with the key safe code as well as the appropriate instructions.
Late check-outs are possible as long as our Reception is advised. Be aware that a $40 fee per hour is applicable.
Upon check-in, a security bond will be required upon your arrival. Please present your credit card as this will be used to cover incidental charges or damages. In the absence of a credit card, a $200 refundable cash deposit is required. The amount is refundable after your room is inspected for any damages.
After hours check-in is possible. Please advise our Reception in order for us to provide you with your own key safe code and instructions.
Service
If you stay in our Sunshine Coast Coolum Beach Accommodation for ten nights or more, expect your apartment to be serviced every five to seven nights.
We also provide linens. However, pool towels are available for a fee from our Reception for $2.50 per stay for each person.
Facilities
A few of the facilities available in our Seachange Coolum resort include a lap pool, a children’s pool, vending machine for snacks and drinks, spa and heated plunge pool.
Expect the main pool to be heated always from April to September. Meanwhile, the plunge pool is heated all year round.
If you want to see stunning ocean views, we highly recommend you choose our private rooftop spas.
Most of our Sunshine Coast Coolum Beach Accommodation apartments carry reverse cycle air-conditioning in the master bedroom and living room. A few units have ceiling fans.
We also have lifts that will take you to all floors.
